RATES**
*1 - 4 Guests:*	$275 per night*
*5 - 7 Guests:*	$300 per night*
*Minimum Stay - 5 Nights*
**Hawaii Taxes totaling 12.416% will be added. For reservations paid after July 1, 2010, Taxes totaling 13.416 will be added.

* Reservations Require a 50% deposit to confirm.

**Rates are subject to change without notice, any rates listed on other rental sites are superceded by the rates posted here.

Security Deposit:

Balance plus $500 Security Deposit due 60 days prior to arrival. Security Deposit, if paid by check, will be refunded by mail within 15 days after check out providing care was taken of the premises.

Cancellation Policy

We will refund your deposit (minus a 15% handling fee) if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation made after that time will be refunded (minus a 15% handling fee) only if Dolphin Bay House can secure another reservation for that period.
