Dolphin Bay House has been beautifully appointed with wood floors, wood trim and custom cabinets. The fully equipped kitchen includes new cabinets, new appliances and granite countertops, making cooking and dining in paradise a fun and special event. The spacious living room, dining room and lanai provide many areas for you to enjoy tropical breezes and experience Hawaiian style relaxation.
Dolphin Bay House is an extremely comfortable and welcoming home. You will enjoy total privacy and use of the entire home while a guest with us. There are 3 lovely bedrooms in our two story home, 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor, and one on the first floor. In the first floor bedroom there is a sitting area with twin bed and a separate outside entrance. Each bedroom has an attached bath with gorgeous granite countertops, beautifully tiled walk-in showers and, in the master bathroom, a deep, soaking tub. Dolphin Bay House has been beautifully appointed throughout, with wood floors, wood trim and custom cabinets.
Living, Dining & Kitchen Areas
The spacious living room, dining room, breezeway and lanai catch the tropical breezes and provide many areas for you to enjoy Hawaiian style relaxation. From the windows you see glimpses of the deep blue water and lush greenery. The entire house is beautifully adorned with tropical woods around the windows, doors and on the floors.
The fully equipped kitchen with all new granite countertops, cabinets and appliances makes cooking and dining in paradise a fun and special event. The spacious kitchen has a full sink and a bar sink, filtered drinking water system and is outfitted with all dishes, glasses & table ware, cookware, and small appliances such as microwave, coffee maker & coffee grinder, teapot, cookware, blender, toaster, toaster oven, food processor. Everything you need!

Three Bedrooms, each with attached bathroom
Enjoy 3 lovely bedrooms, in our two story home, where you will awaken refreshed to a chorus of birds and the sound of waves. The fragrance of plumerias and other tropical flowers calls to you. Each bedroom has an attached bath with beautifully tiled, walk-in showers and a deep, soaking tub in the master bath. Two bedrooms are upstairs and one downstairs, with separate entrance and sitting area/twin bed. Granite countertops with two sinks in each of the upstairs baths add to the beauty and convenience.
