Rates:
Dolphin Bay House
Rates range from $275 to $400 per night depending on the number of nights,
number of guests and time of year.Hawaiian tax of 13.416% and a $200 cleaning fee will be added.
Minimum stay is normally 5 nights.
Maximum gumber of guests is 7, plus 1 baby or small child (crib available).
Dolphin Bay Cottage
Rates range from $100 to $125 per night depending on the number of nights,
number of guests and time of year.Hawaiian tax of 13.416% and a $50 cleaning fee will be added.
Minimum stay is normally 5 nights.
Maximum number of guests is 2, plus 1 baby or small child (crib available).
Reservations:
If reservation is made more than 60 days prior to arrival, a 50% deposit is
required. Total amount is due 60 days prior to arrival.Please call 760-471-1245 or email to confirm available dates and for total
rates with tax and cleaning included.Rates are subject to change without notice, any rates listed on other
rental sites are superceded by the rates posted here.
Security Deposit:
Security Deposit, if paid by check, will be refunded by mail within 15 days after check out providing care was taken of the premises.

Cancellation Policy:
We will refund your deposit (minus a 15% handling fee) if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation made after that time will be refunded (minus a 15% handling fee) only if Dolphin Bay House can secure another reservation for that period.
