After many years of enjoying the Kealakekua Bay area we were fortunate to find Dolphin Bay House and Cottage, which we purchased in 2003. We feel this corner of the world is truly paradise. This home was a dream come true for us and we derive much pleasure in sharing our beautiful home, grounds and neighborhood with you.

Why did we choose this home? The location is perfect for us. We wanted to be able to walk to the water to swim, snorkel and observe the beauty of the ever-changing ocean and sky. Plus, it is important to us to be off the beaten track in a small community.

What we love the most is being able to have our whole family here in a spacious home to enjoy this magical place. There is nothing like drinking local Kona coffee and eating fresh bananas, mangoes, papayas and pineapples in season. Being able to hop out of bed to take a sunrise walk to the beach is exhilarating. And then there are the sunset walks to cap off the day. Of course snorkeling on those calm clear days is also pretty fantastic!
